Integrity

In todays society there are many meaning of integrity. The actual meaning of integrity is firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values . But what does that really mean to us as human beings?My personal definition of integrity is your self worth, what you have to offer to yourself and others, your values and what you stand for not letting anyone change your individuality .I feel integrity is very important in todays society if one doesn't have integrity then what are your boundaries and what do you stand for? If I didn't have integrity I would think where are my values what do I stand for as a women . Practicing integrity in your everyday life is like eating dinner or taking a shower. Integrity shouldn't be praticed it should be learned peopl should strive to have more self value. Integrity one thing that I cherish and I would never want to lose it.
